I am a fully qualified Reflexologist and holistic acupressure therapist based in Aldwick, West Sussex.  My treatment room is a stone’s throw from the sea in a peaceful and tranquil setting, with the soothing sound of the sea floating in through the window.

Currently the highest level of Reflexology qualification is the Level 5 and this is the qualification I hold having studied for the Centralia Reflexology Mastership (CRM5).  The CRM5 is assigned to the Nursing, Subjects and Vocations Allied to Medicine Sector and includes Reflexology protocols in specialist areas such as stress management, maternity, subfertility and palliative care.  I also have a particular interest in pain management using specialist Reflexology techniques and am a fully approved and registered Practitioner in Reflexology for Lymphatic Drainage.  I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.
